Job Description:
As a Caregiver with Lerue Healthcare, you will provide essential care. You will support individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. Our clients include elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, and those with specific health conditions. You will be responsible for offering personal care, emotional support, and companionship. You will ensure their dignity and quality of life are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
  • Provide mobility support and help with transferring clients.
  • Administer medication and monitor vital signs as needed.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support, particularly for clients with mental health conditions.
  • Transport clients to medical appointments and other activities.
  • Support individuals with specialised needs including dementia care, palliative care, and post-hospital care.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion for those in your care.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (required).
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
  • Familiarity with basic medications and medical equipment.
  • Valid UK driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred with attractive pay).
